Service Desk Analyst – Royston
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to provide 1st / 2nd line support on a potentially long term contract based in Royston. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting users, including;
- 1st/ 2nd line support for users including: Software, Hardware and basic Network issues
- Technical support for: Windows and Apple Mac environment
- Strong remote and desktop problem solving skills
- Windows 7/ 8.1, Office 2010, AD and Exchange Administration
- Must have strong customer services skills, proactive/can do attitude
- Consistently ensure smooth delivery, consistent communication and control of project deadlines.
