Technical Support Analyst – eDBS – Reading

 

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst, based in Reading on an initial 3 month contract. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting:

 

  • Windows Server support
  • Projectors/Whiteboards
  • Patching cables (Ethernet, HDMI, USB etc)
  • Charging trollies
  • Apple/Chromebooks
  • Win7, 8.1 & 10 and O365
  • Changing password for user accounts in AD
  • Imaging/updating devices as and when necessary
