Technical Support Analyst – Southampton
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a strong 2nd/3rd line Technical Support Analyst to join our customer based in Southampton, on an initial 2-month contract.
The successful candidate should have experience with:
- Windows Server Operating Systems (2000 – 2019)
- Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
- Windows System Centre Suite (SCCM, SCOM, Scorch)
- Windows Clustering & PowerShell
- VMware vSphere 6.x/vCenter 6.x/Site Recovery Manager
- VMware vRealise Operations Manager and PowerCLi
- Unix/Linux Operating Systems (RHEL, AIX)
- Enterprise Intel Hardware (Blade and Chassis as well as rackmount devices)
- Incident, Problem and Change management
- IT Security controls
