Technical Support Analyst – Southampton

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a strong 2nd/3rd line Technical Support Analyst to join our customer based in Southampton, on an initial 2-month contract.

The successful candidate should have experience with:

  • Windows Server Operating Systems (2000 – 2019)
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
  • Windows System Centre Suite (SCCM, SCOM, Scorch)
  • Windows Clustering & PowerShell
  • VMware vSphere 6.x/vCenter 6.x/Site Recovery Manager
  • VMware vRealise Operations Manager and PowerCLi
  • Unix/Linux Operating Systems (RHEL, AIX)
  • Enterprise Intel Hardware (Blade and Chassis as well as rackmount devices)
  • Incident, Problem and Change management
  • IT Security controls
