Training Coordinator – Peterborough – 9 month contract

 

An urgent role has arisen for a Training Coordinator based in Peterborough on 9 month initial contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for t he design, coordination and successful delivery of training programmes and materials to support the migration and implementation of ITMS software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and coordination of project related training requirements
  • Devise and create impactful training to meet fluid learning requirements
  • Assist analysts and end users throughout the full lifecycle of software migration
  • Support the Project and Learning Teams with additional project related activities and actions
  • Research, design and coordinate learning for all effected stakeholders, ensuring they receive timely and relevant training for all ITSM software
  • Evaluate and measure the impact of learning in collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Maintain training records and respond accordingly to feedback
  • Proactively work with the wider Service to identify and support training requirements

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of involvement in the corporate training lifecycle required
  • Experience and capability to manage multiple initiatives and projects autonomously
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • A strong understanding of the ITIL lifecycle
  • Evidence of recent CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
